Job Overview

As a Senior Accountant at Core Bridge Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations for our U.S.-based clients. Working remotely from the Philippines, your expertise will ensure financial precision, compliance with U.S. accounting standards, and strategic financial guidance. You will navigate our global operations, contributing to our financial integrity and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Integrity and Compliance: Uphold financial transaction integrity and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and tax laws.
• Audit Leadership: Lead audits and manage compliance efforts, coordinating with internal and external auditors to meet U.S. regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Drive budgeting processes and forecast financial trends to inform strategic decision-making.
• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to provide financial strategies and insights that support business objectives.
• Tax Management: Oversee tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. federal and state tax regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. CPA or similar certification preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles, preferably with U.S. firms or clients.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP), advanced Excel skills, and thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. tax laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and financial data interpretation.
• Effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and project management experience.
