Senior Analyst

The Evolent Central Business Operations Senior Analyst position is a cross-functional role that will report to the Managing Director of the CBO. In this role, the individual will support Operations & Tech Services initiatives and projects that will span multiple functional areas and contribute to projects that delivers value across the organization. This individual will have a matrix relationship to multiple operations leaders, supporting, leading and/or and coordinating on various projects, communications, and general day-to-day needs of the business.

Responsibilities:

Learn Evolent Operations & Technical Services business functions; develop subject matter expertise in functional business processes, application use, and general operations management knowledge.
Coordinate and complete assigned projects across various functional teams.
Contribute to root cause analysis, remediation, and analytical problem solving which spans complex, multi-functional issues.
Develop, generate, and review numeric/anecdotal data including financial data, engagement data, operations delivery data utilizing MS Excel and/or Power BI tools
Support the roll-out of organizational initiatives.
Document processes and team organization details (process maps, RACIs, etc.)
Assist in the creation, formatting, and cascading of organizational communications needs, i.e., write newsletter content, develop townhall presentations, weekly wins, and other variations of communications as identified. Create a repeatable process; use standard tools and templates.
Assist in creation of functional surveys; format and summarize results/output.
Support presentation development (Power Point, etc.), contribute to leadership reporting needs, data harvesting, etc.
Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers.
Develop and share reusable assets and tools.
Create and maintain artifacts and documentation through effective knowledge management techniques.
Prepare and present data and information to leadership, committees, and other defined stakeholders as identified.
Harvest requested information; gather and aggregate information for organizational stakeholders.
Develop robust understanding of organizational performance management data (reports, SLA, OLA, KPI).
Track and communicate project risks and opportunities; be able to deliver on project status reports, leadership summaries, operation’s report-outs, etc.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate; ensure meeting closure and minutes are provided.
Assist with meeting follow-up and action items, as needed.
Meeting management and minutes, as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any course
Experience managing multiple projects at one time
Adept at maintaining focus with shifting priorities and direction; thrive in a deadlines driven atmosphere
Be successful in navigating and collaborating within a cross-functional and matrix organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter and results oriented
Strong critical thinking skills; forward thinking
Curiosity for processes and methodology
Success working independently and in a team; ability to prioritize
Effective and creative in creating visual content and communications
Possess an analytical mindset; ability to read and interpret data
Excellent MS Office skills, especially adept in MS Excel, Power Point, Outlook, & Teams
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn new skills
Passion for personal growth and development
3+ years operations and/or previous analyst experience
Work stateside office hours, typically 8a – 5p EST
Experience with project and/or program management
History of superior performance across various healthcare and professional settings

Compensation:
· Up to Php 70,000 monthly salary, based on experience
Work Hours and Set-up:
· U.S. office hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST)
· Remote work set-up but candidate must be residing within the Greater Manila area or at least willing to relocate.
