We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Buyer to join our commissary team, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring high-quality ingredients and supplies for our restaurant operations.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing purchasing strategies that align with our quality standards and budgetary goals. You will collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure optimal inventory levels to support our culinary needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, particularly within the food service industry, along with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
