Senior Communication Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Communication Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to effectively convey our organization's message to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational objectives and initiatives.
Create engaging content for various communication channels including newsletters, social media, website, and press releases.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Manage the organization's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets and pitch stories to secure coverage for our organization.
Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Support internal communication efforts by coordinating meetings, drafting memos, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication and marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, public relations, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful communication campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
Proficiency in using communication and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
