• Education: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Work experience: 2 - 3 years of HR experience
• Willing to report to office thrice a week.
• Competencies: Must possess the following skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Organizational skills with attention to details
• Presentation & Reporting
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Purpose
The Senior HR plays a vital role in supporting the HR department's initiatives and functions. The Senior HR oversees various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance and policy development. They should ensure that the HR policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
