Senior IT Adoption and Change Management

As the Senior IT Adoption and Change Manager for Asia, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful adoption of new technologies and processes across our organization's Asia operations. You will lead the implementation of change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing user engagement and productivity.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive IT adoption and change management plans tailored to the cultural and operational nuances of Asian markets.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business leaders, to identify change impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver engaging training programs and materials to support users in adopting new technologies and workflows effectively.
Utilize data-driven insights to assess adoption progress, identify barriers, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, measuring success metrics, and refining strategies accordingly.
Act as a change advocate, promoting awareness and buy-in for IT initiatives at all levels of the organization.
Provide coaching and support to regional change champions and stakeholders, empowering them to drive local adoption efforts.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in IT adoption and change management, incorporating relevant insights into our approach.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (minimum X years) leading IT adoption and change management initiatives in a multinational organization, with a focus on the Asian market.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) preferred.
Ability to travel within Asia as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
