Senior IT Adoption and Change Management Trainer

We are seeking a skilled IT Adoption and Change Management Trainer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of new IT systems and tools across the organization. This individual will work closely with the IT and HR departments, developing training programs and strategies to ensure employees understand, adopt, and effectively use new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive IT training programs tailored to different departments and user levels.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where technology adoption needs support.
Facilitate workshops, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to promote smooth transitions during technology rollouts.
Create and distribute user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, adjusting approaches based on user feedback.
Act as a change agent, promoting a positive mindset toward IT adoption and continuous improvement.
Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained user adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT training, change management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT systems, software, and technology adoption processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
