Minimum Qualification:

• Information Technology or Computer Science graduate
• At least 3 years related experience
• Knowledge of system development methods used for the development of new systems and enhancements to existing information systems
• Knowledge of advanced concepts and basic operating principles of data
• Exposure to combined systems, network and database administration functions

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides technical isolation solutions on user’s computer related concerns, hardware or software applications alike by immediately conducting extensive assessment of the problem and instigating the best possible solution available to ensure smooth operation of work of every employee.
• Co-reviews the current IT infrastructure and evaluates IT products needed by the company by soliciting the feedback of end-users if the current infrastructure still meets their requirements and at the same time scouts for the viable and certified IT product available in the market and to be able to obtain a cost effective and highly responsive product and services for the use of the company.
• Implements contingency plans on information and data security like database back-up solutions, antivirus installations, virus definition updates, database entry corrections and performance tune up using stored procedures and triggers with the Singapore office’s supervision to safeguard the company’s electronic files and data.
• Assists the users in the operation of the company program by teaching them the correct procedures on how to encode, store and update data and itsprogram files.
• Coordinates with the Internet Service Providers and email handlers through verbal and/or written communication for connectivity and email management.
• Prepares the IT product purchase report by listing the required product specifications for approval and certification of the IT Manager.
• Handles the company’s computer hardware and software resources by maintenance, installation, control and inventory to maximize resources and to prevent and detect irregularities.
• Performs other related work which may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
