Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Clients and Client Onboarding team to create ideal candidate job descriptions.
• Utilise recruitment consultants and internal hiring mechanisms to attract, source, qualify, and shortlist candidates.
• Work with the Talent Mentor team to effectively onboard talent and ensure swift performance from new team members.
• Ensure all documentation and information is available and fully up to date in the CRM.
• Work with the Operations team to manage day-to-day HR concerns.
• Ensure SOPs for all tasks related to recruitment and HR are documented and maintained.

Requirements:
What Skills / talents / abilities / qualifications are requirements for hiring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Certification in Recruitment or HR practices (e.g., Certified Recruitment Professional, Talent Acquisition Certification).
• Experience working with international clients, particularly Australian or other Western clients.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring junior recruitment staff.
• Expertise in leveraging social media and digital platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in data-driven recruitment strategies, including metrics and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine talent market and industry trends.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
