Senior Sales Admin

The Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth operations within the department. The ideal candidate is proactive and possesses strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining complete, detailed and up-to-date records of Growth employees.
- Conducting and assisting the Business Development team on the orientation and trainings of Growth Department's new employees.
- Compiling and tracking the department's KPI.
- Initiating policies and monitoring employee adherence to company regulations.
- Process vendor accreditation requests.
- Generate, review and process the Equipment Release Form for machine deliveries.
- Prepare the dealer documents of each sale. This includes drafting the contracts, and collaborating with cross-departmental counterparts for all documents needed.
- Monitor and follow up payment and/or documents from the sales team
- Process commissions every beginning of the month.
- Consolidate and complete the accounts and their requirements for the rebate processing.
- Assist the Department Head and Admin Manager in supervising the department, implementation of company policies and
- Process the department's requests. (Marketing, Business Dev., CRM, Sales Team)
- Maintain and organize documents and digital files.
- Update monitoring and generating reports, as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for coordinating with the sales team and clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and other relevant office software.
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
