Qualifications:

• At least a graduate of 4-year course related to Business or Aviation related courses.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• At least 1 - 2 years experience is an advantage.
• Able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS office, Good oral/ written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Tool issuance and acceptance upon return to include visual inspections for damages or malfunctioning tools and returned to proper location.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition or OEM recommended preventive maintenance.
• Assists in checking the correct Part Numbers, Serial Numbers and total quantity during inventory or random checks.
• Prepare and submit reports for daily pending or missing tools via Quantum System (Tools In and OUT records)
• Temperature and Humidity monitoring for PME tool rooms and report any exceedance.
• Monitor and process tools for calibration and/or proof load tests
• Proper handlings of damaged or unserviceable tools in Quarantine Cage and conduct repair if capable.
• Conduct periodic inventory of tools in tool rooms and tool boxes to include those issued to shops.
• Check all tools are returned, prepare and release tool clearance for all aircraft prior to release from Base Maintenance.
• Assist in searing proper tools and equipment as required in AMM and Tools and Equipment Manual.
• Performs other related duties as may be directed by Supervisor and/or Manager.
