Service Coordinator (Heavy Equipment) | Quezon City

Responsibilities:
  • Document, process and tracking service request and job order and service documentation.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the service team, daily service activity record and managing service data accounts.
  • Coordinating the service team by managing daily schedules, filing important documents, prepare reports and communicating relevant information.
  • Preparing and coordinating quotations with service team.
  • Providing customer service, answer phone calls from customers, initially screen and address issues to proper channels.
  • Provide after-sales and service support when needed.
  • Manage other tasks that may assigned from time to time and your performance will also be evaluated on a monthly basis.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge in Heavy Equipment Industry especially in Excavator field.
  • Preferably with a work background in Heavy Equipment Machineries and related experience with SANY Global Team is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years work related experience, especially in Excavator selling business
  • Experience in any of the following: parts inventory, service job order management, customer service and data analysis
  • Demonstrate deep presentation skills, team coordination, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power Point Presentation and Excel.
  • Must be self-motivated, committed and ability to maintain customers' confidentiality.
  • Has a high level of leadership skills and result oriented.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Preferably candidates located in Quezon City and nearby areas.
Working Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM
SANY-ZWM Philippines Inc. Main Branch:
2nd Floor Topway Building, Congressional Ave., Bahay Toro Quezon City.
