Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of best practices in Tech Services and IT Security, including service catalogs and SLAs.
  • Lead deployment of methodologies like ITIL and CMMI to improve efficiency and 24/7 support.
  • Review, update, and maintain contracts with shared service customers.
  • Manage service allocation, pricing, and coordination across Tech Services teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, performance monitoring, and reporting for managed services.
  • Ensure proper documentation, timely escalation handling, and impact evaluation of service changes.
  • Identify new customer needs, propose value-creating services, and contribute to capability building.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ in Service Delivery Management
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication (English)
  • Cloud expertise (Azure, AWS, GCP), OS/Cloud management, networking
  • Analytical, adaptable, organized, and team-oriented
  • Experience with ticket and incident management
  • Willing to work in Alabang
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php85,000.00 per month
