Responsibilities:
Main task is to offer full range of customer service in the service field.

• AC troubleshooting and repair of RA, SA, VRV
• Technical assistance
• Updating and monitoring of Installation Rectification Report
• Evaluation of service completion report
• Address technical concerns of end-users
• Validation of warranty claim parts and services
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PRC License holder is an advantage
• Have technical knowledge and skills in HVAC
• Strong background in troubleshooting and repair
• Can do technical report and case analysis
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Can drive 4 wheels (manual and automatic)
• Amenable to work in Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City
• Can start ASAP
