Key responsibilities:
Weichai Philippines is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on engines, generators, and heavy equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.

• Responsible for the engine maintenance and service technical support independently , and make sure the engine turns into normal working condition;
• Responsible for dealing with customer service claims, and conducting product trouble shooting and repair work to maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Assist the branch office director to visit local customers and learn about their operation habits and work condition, answer questions about WEICHAI engine and explain operation and maintenance instructions to the customers;
• Carry out engine repair, assembly and disassembly training to service station, dealer and end users.
• Skills & Requirements:
• Broad mechanical and /or electrical repair and maintenance capability - Apprentice Certified Diesel (Preferred);
• Have a good knowledge of understanding of diesel or natural gas engine; Master skill and knowledge of engine theory, structure, failure analysis and repairing;
• understanding of Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

Travel Required:up to 75% of time.

Education:

• Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Completion of TESDA or vocational courses in a related field
• Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution or higher.

Language:Have proficient ability to listen, speak, read and write in English.
Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in engine troubleshooting, genset, or heavy equipment maintenance/On -site maintenance experince)

Benefits:Base Salary commensurate with experience. Additional benefits depend on your work performance.
