Additional Locations: Metro Manila and Cebu City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the implementation of Service Now products or group of applications.
- Facilitate impact assessment efforts in producing and reviewing estimates and solutions for client work requests.
- Design, build and configure Service Now applications.
- Work with an agile mindset to create value across Service Now projects of multiple scopes and scale.
- Apply innovative ideas to drive automation.
- Drive the delivery of outputs according to agreed schedules and specifications.
- Combine business acumen and analytic insight with programming skills to design, develop, configure, build and support Service Now applications to meet specific requirements.
- Develop Service Now application code, working through each sprint based on agreed stories – turning user requirements into testable product.
- Implement, test, and deploy Service Now solutions using best practice software engineering and ITIL methodology.
- Identify and solve issues and incidents within multiple components of the Service Now platform.
- Perform thorough impact analysis and testing for Service Now patching and platform upgrades.
- Raise issues and risks proactively, providing recommended solutions and mitigations.
- Produce required deliverables and documentations according to defined standards.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Service Now development or architecture skills on the Service Now platform and its product lines including but not limited to any of the following: ITSM, ITOM, Sec Ops, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
- Agile or Scrum methodology; Gen AI experience
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide the development team, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration and communication within the team (for Senior Level applicants)
- Any Service Now certification (preferred)
- ITIL knowledge and/or certification (preferred)
- Systems Engineering or Developer background (preferred)
