Who are we looking for:
As a Shift Leader , you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.

• Create shift schedules for team members
• Distribute all necessary tasks and duties during each shift in a fair and effective manner
• Assess individual team member abilities and aptitudes, incorporate into shift duties to promote happy employees and effective workflows
• Oversee all team members and ensure all duties and tasks are being performed efficiently and effectively during each shift
• Manage time-off requests and unexpected no-show situations
• Facilitate disciplinary action when necessary
• Maintain a work environment that encourages compliance with safety laws and employment guidelines
• Set performance goals for individual team members, create reward systems and/or contests as needed
• Ensure production goals are met
• Participate in weekly management meetings to discuss goals, progress, and any issues in need of resolution.
• Handling customer issues and employee disputes

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Must have a bachelor's degree of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship or in a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in food and manufacturing companies, fast-moving consumer goods, and the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be analytical and critical thinkers and entrepreneurial skills
• Must have ability to manage people.
• Can work in shifting schedule, weekends and holiday.
• Trustworthy, Reliable with work ethics and high integrity.
