Job Description
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Social Reporting
o Social performance data extraction and data visualization
o Working with Social team and other stakeholders for performance analysis and evaluation
o Ensuring next steps listed in reports are translated back to social content creation
Social Content Creation
o Research and identify trends on Social
o Translating trends to content pillars and content creation, to promote Lazada PH initiatives
o Work with various stakeholders on development and adaptation of social content
o Caption copy writing, in alignment with Lazada PH social tone and manner
Social Operations & Administration
KOLs Management and Others

- Content calendar management and curation – balancing posts across Lazada PH social platform (Facebook / Instagram / Tik Tok / X); working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure key campaigns/categories are being highlighted on social
- Vetting of all Brands-related content, ensuring social guidelines are being adhered to
- Managing of Social giveaways – selecting, screening and contacting winners
- Responsible for scheduling and publishing of content across Lazada PH social platforms
KOLs Management and Others
- Tracking of content pushes from KOLs / Brand Ambassadors
- Reconciliation of contract deliverables and actual KOLs / Brand Ambassadors’ deliverables
- Support all other Social duties
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field of study
- 3-5 years of work experience, ideally in high-growth industries with passion for social and content
- Innate knack of social media, content creation, and understanding of marketing
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Readiness to take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Power Point)
- Knowledge of Photoshop or any visual / video editing software(s) is a plus
- Open to flexible work arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
