I. JOB/POSITION SUMMARY
Social media managers are responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the company's social media accounts.
II. RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Developing and overseeing Headcase Designs’ social media presence.
ii. Supervising a calendar for social media content. This should include important and relevant information regarding the company’s brands.
iii. Generating written and visual content for various social media platforms for each brand through research.
iv. Boosting engagement levels on various social media platforms through promotional ideas, creatives, etc.
v. Establishing and overseeing social media presence through active comment responses and member engagement.
vi. Tracking essential performance indicators (KPIs) such as link clicks, likes, and other metrics in social media marketing initiatives.
vii. Monitoring and analyzing trends and competitor performance.
viii. Continuous collaborating with licensed brands to improve brand awareness.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
i. Proficiency in social media marketing and platforms.
ii. Strategic mindset for devising impactful marketing campaigns.
iii. Proficient writing abilities.
iv. Capability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics.
v. Effective organizational skills, managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
vi. Leadership aptitude to coordinate designers regarding creative deliverables.
vii. Excellent communication skills for results reporting and collaboration with agencies and brands.
viii. Skillful in community building and maintaining composure during high-pressure online interactions.
ix. Tech-savvy for visual creation and collaboration with fellow creatives when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
