JOB/position SUMMARY
Under the general supervision of the Team Leader, performs various tasks pertinent to Customer Service, resolving customer concerns, answering calls, reading and responding to emails ensuring proper and accurate information in accordance with company established practices and procedures.
Responsibilities
-Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
-Accurately document and update records in required systems.
-Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Understand all programs, systems, and procedures.
-Track daily calls/emails.
-Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls.
-Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Specifications:

• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Preferably College Graduate or have at least completed 2ndyear college level.
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual (English) a must/ fluent spoken and written communication.
• Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
