Description & Requirements

The Software Engineer Associate will function as automation tester, play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of HR Talent applications. This role involves conducting both automation and functional testing for new features, system enhancements, and maintenance work. This requires performing complex testing tasks, which involve planning, estimation, and ensuring that solutions meet design specifications while adhering to total quality management standards. The QA Engineer Associate will collaborate with product developers and technical support specialists to address any product-related issues, contributing to a high-quality and seamless user experience.

What You Will Need?

Required Skills:

1-2 years of experience in hybrid testing, manual and automation
Minimum 1 year of experience in using any test automation tool or programming language (e.g., Java, Selenium)
Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and issue management.
Background in Agile methodology and participation in Agile development processes
Strong communication skills, able to actively participate in meetings and reviews with US-based counterparts.
Willingness to attend meetings or reviews that may be scheduled early in the morning or late at night due to time zone differences.

Knowledge in HCM Domain
Experience in Integration testing
Experience in API automation tool
Ability to design a test automation framework
Knowledge in GENAI

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Test execution for monthly release requirements (manual and automated tests)
Documents test plans and test cases
Creates and maintain manual and automated test scripts
Participation in local and global scrum meetings
