Position: Software Engineer Team Lead (Work from Home - 4 Days Remote / 1 Day On-Site)
Job Description
Technical Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement analysis
• Lead the planning, design, implementation, reviews, and testing of deliverables
• Oversee application and infrastructure design, setup, and reviews
• Support continuous improvement through research and development (R&D) on new technologies and alternatives

Management Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between team members and Bridge Engineers
• Manage scheduling and task assignments for team members
• Lead team discussions and collaborations
• Mentor and coach team members for their professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Proficiency in Node.js
• At least 4 years of software development experience
• 1-2 years of experience as a development team lead
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Hands-on experience with AWS or strong motivation to learn AWS skills
• AWS Certifications
• Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure)
• Dev Ops experience
• Front-end experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php125,000.00 per month
