- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, construction, or related industries.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, technologies, and the Philippine renewable energy landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Certifications: Relevant sales or solar industry certifications (e.g., NABCEP) are a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications related to solar projects.
- Project Management: Experience in managing client projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of local regulations, incentives, and market trends in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Personal Traits: Self-motivated, adaptable, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
