Inventory Management:

• Maintains accurate inventory levels to ensure the availability of spare parts while minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinates with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely restocking and optimal inventory turnover.
• Implements inventory control procedures to reduce stock discrepancies and improve accuracy.

Quotations and Pricing:

• Prepares detailed and accurate quotations for clients, considering cost, pricing strategies, and client requirements.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to set competitive pricing structures while maintaining profitability.
• Negotiates with clients to secure favorable agreements/terms.

Sales and Aftersales support

• Coordinates with sales agents for aftersales spareparts
• Coordinates with Aftersales Operations Head for inventory and stocks

Reporting

• Generates regular sales and inventory reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory and warehouse is required. Knowledge of the heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
