Spareparts & Accessories Sales Marketing Asst. Supervisor

- Conceptualize marketing activities that will support the Parts Sales team in achieving its monthly and yearly target.
- Conduct 3S orientation for new 3S staff and PIC of Spare Parts.
- Conduct Genuine Awareness Activities for dealer staff and customers
- Facilitate marketing programs for genuine parts, Yamalube, helmets, apparel and accessories.
- Conducts market survey for all spare parts product line-up.
- Develop marketing and promotional collaterals/materials.
- To attend company events with the participation of Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Facilitate implementation of Yamaha Parts Academy.
- Drafting of internal and external memorandums.
- Coordination with Marketing Department for the digital promotion activities of Spare Parts and Accessories.
- Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising or related field;
- With at least minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing management, preferably within the automotive/motorcycle or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of spare parts and accessories sales dynamics and customer behaviors.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong Office.
