- Monitor the Navision system and process purchase request assigned and accomplished in a given IMS standard timeline.
- Source out possible local and imported suppliers, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price terms, delivery, services, and after sales support.
- Coordinate closely with requestors and give timely update on the status of their requirement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with inventory team regarding delivery schedule and related concerns.
- Monitor and coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of items and acquired services.
- Facilitate alignment meeting with requestor, supplier/service provider, and other related internal section to discuss project details and concerns.
- Close coordination with Finance and Accounting to ensure that purchase documents, billing, and payment with supplier’s timely and accurate.
- Prepare and check supplier accreditation and conducts supplier’s office and production visit for checking/rating and proposed to management if found qualified.
- Evaluate supplier to monitor performance and to assess the quality of services and productivity.
- Prepare periodic report and discuss during monthly/quarterly section meeting.
- Have working experience in purchasing, inventory, or administrative work, preferably in construction industry.
- Preferably adept with MS applications, specifically Word and Excel.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
- Must be willing to work under 3 Months Fixed Term Contract.
