Job Overview:
The position is to operate ,calibrate ,and maintain machinery as well as inspect finished products to ensure quality of work.

1.Ensuring the required materials are available for production and that the factory is safe for all workers.
2.Set up the Production Equipment /Line
3.Inspects Equipments during production operation
4.Operate,Calibrate and Maintain the Stamping Machine /Production Equipment
5.Perform time and recordkeeping and routine maintenance activities
6.Check machine operation and report faults to the supervisor
7.Setting and Changing over on the machine for part number to another part number
8.Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements
9.Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the Stamping Machine
10.Knowledge of end product use and safety requirement of the product
11.Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spares
12.Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
13.Awareness of Quality Targets
14.Perform other tasks assigned
15.Performing 5s+1(Sort,Set,Shine ,Standardize,Sustain,and Safety ) in the production line
16.Follow Safety Procedures and Company Policies
Qualifications :
Vocational Course or Senior Highschool
With at least 1-2 years of experience as Stamping Operator
Fresh graduate or no experience is welcome to apply
