Inbound email customer support designed specifically to answer driver and passenger email inquiries. Includes car insurance and registration audit as part of the back office work.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance to both driver and passenger
  • When the queue permits, responsibilities include back office work
  • Provide customers with a positive customer service experience
  • Attain or exceed company goals/quotas
  • Adhere to IBEX Global Philippines company policies and work standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BPO Experience is an advantage but not required
  • Candidate must be K12 graduate or at least 2 years college undergraduate (without back subjects) in any field or;
  • At least high school graduate with 6 months call center experience
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedule, weekends and holidays
  • Must be willing to do work onsite at Alabang
  • Must have average to good communication skills both written and verbal

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
