Position: Hotel Reservations Specialist/Customer Service Representative

Minimum Qualifications:
At least able to finish SHS
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
With at least 6 months BPO experience
Can report Onsite
Willing to start ASAP
With Personal Equipment (Laptop or Desktop)
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming & outbound calls with Customers, Hotel and Suppliers as needed in the process.
Handle basic Zendesk tickets
And other basic customer reservation inquiries
Handle other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
Identify and assess customers’ concern in order to move to the appropriate department to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
