As a Sales Staff/ Stockman, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within the mall's retail establishments. You will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized store stocks , and achieving sales targets. Your friendly demeanor, product knowledge, and ability to work well in a team will contribute to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
· Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and problem-solving skills.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
· Actively promote sales and special promotions to customers.
· Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
· Ensure products are neatly displayed and restocked as needed.
· Monitor and report any maintenance or security issues to supervisors.
· Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products offered.
· Continuously update knowledge of promotions and sales.
· Work collaboratively with other sales staff and team members.
· Assist in training new employees when required.
· Monitor and prevent theft or unauthorized activities in the store.
· Follow established loss prevention guidelines.
· Organize stocks and maintain cleanliness
Qualifications:
· At least College Level
· Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
· Computer literate and must have experience in Stockman/Sales position
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 per day
