Who are we looking for:
Store Crew
As a Store Crew member, you will help customers find what they need and suggest the best products for them. You will also keep the store looking good and stay informed about new products. Your main goals are to give great customer service and help the store meet its sales targets.What does it take to be part of the team?
- Candidate must possess at least a High School/SHS diploma
- Must have good basic communication skills
- Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, create and manage shift schedules, handle cash transactions, and report any issues to management.Store Manager
As a Store Manager, you are expected to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.What does it take to be part of the team?
- Must have at least 2-years college education
- At least 6 months of working experience in retail, food and manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods or the restaurant industry.
- Customer service-oriented with knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Must be analytical and critical thinkers and entrepreneurial skills
- Can work on a shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays.
