Who are we looking for:
As an Human Resources Manpower Supervisor , you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment process to meet current and future talent needs of the organization. It involves managing relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and collaborating with various departments to effectively fulfill staffing requirements. Ensures the organization is staffed with the right talent to achieve business objectives.

Manage and supervise third-party local recruitment or manpower agencies, ensuring proper implementation of the company’s recruitment requirements.
Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes to fulfill vacancies efficiently and on demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Conduct workforce analysis regularly to identify staffing gaps or surpluses and propose solutions.
Ensure that recruitment activities comply with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to understand their specific workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare reports to track the effectiveness of hiring strategies and improve processes.
Participate in the development of talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Assist in onboarding and integration processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 6 months to 1 years of experience in managing local recruitment or manpower agencies.
Significant experience in HR, focusing on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and recruitment optimization.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess workforce needs and propose effective solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Willing to be assigned in: MARILAO, BULACAN
