VERSA is the first ever Philippine two-way radio brand which was launched 13 years ago. Two-way radios or walkie-talkies cater to a niche market and are mandatory for industries like corporate security, transportation & logistics, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, mining, government, police and public safety. The brand is expanding across all industries regional and global in the coming months.
The expansion initiative would mean hiring experienced Human Resource personnel who will be responsible to lead every stage of the recruitment process and address all staff-related issues.
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with department managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• In-charge of New Employee Onboarding and oversee transition to Department Level Orientation.
• In-charge of all time keeping tasks that will be transmitted to Finance team.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
• Responsible in updating employee leave credits and facilitate all employee transactions.
• To maintain, manage and update the employee master list and 201 files.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of payroll computation.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills will help the Talent Acquisition Associate assemble the optimal workforce structure and to field employee concerns and requirements. Hardworking, accountable and a good sense of ownership & transparency are traits to excel in the job.
