Key Responsibilities
-
In charge of the full-cycle recruitment process for ENGIE Services (Philippines), from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, government employment agencies, professional networks, universities/school tie-ups, etc.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure that service level agreements and turnaround times are met and complied with.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the acceptance process.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a talent pool for future job openings.

Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the onboarding process.

Work closely with the HR team to ensure alignment on talent acquisition goals and support all other HR-initiated programs.

Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

Prepare and ensure the accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports.

Assist in special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes and strategies.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by management that are related to talent acquisition or human resources functions.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Hands-on experience with hiring and various sourcing techniques.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
-
Knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
-
Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Strong team player who is proactive, quality-conscious, and result-oriented.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
