Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team to define the requirements for open positions ii. Promote open positions to their personal networks media without using any Company owned logos, trademarks, and branding in any form to avoid tarnishing company reputation.
NERP Partners will be provided with generic artwork materials / content by Company that they can use for their promotional needs.
iii. Endorse at least one (1) referral per month based on minimum qualifications (i.e. age, education, experience) but will not interview, exercise discretion, or conduct assessment for behavioral or language skills for open probationary positions ONLY
iv. Send emails to Talent Acquisition to for necessary updates and follow ups
v. Upload referral and its details via the referral portal only
vi. Refer individuals to apply without any fees to any site in the Philippines
vii. Discretion to join or interfere in a referral’s recruitment itinerary is denied
