Non-Employee Referral Process ( NOTE : commission 2500 per hire)
a. Upon confirmation of a NERP Partners’s eligibility, he/she will be assigned a unique link
on Smart Recruiters upon registration.
b. After the registration, the NERP Partner will be requested to validate their email.
c. All Referrals made by NERP Partner must be submitted via Smart Recruiters through the link provided to qualify for incentives
d. The Referrals can be viewed in the Smart Recruiters homepage to confirm successful submission in the system
e. NERP Referrals must apply straight to the requisitions on Smart Recruiters
f. All Referrals will be processed by the Talent Acquisition Team of Company
g. Successful Referrals will be reviewed based on bonus eligibility and mechanics.
h. The Talent Acquisition team will have the right to final decision on any claims or disputes regarding ownership / tagging of referrals.
II. Roles and Responsibilities
a. NERP Partner
i. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition[FA1] Team to define the requirements for open positions
ii. Promote[FA2] open positions to their personal networks media without using any Company owned logos, trademarks, and branding in any form to avoid tarnishing company reputation. NERP Partners will be provided with generic artwork materials / content by Company that they can use for their promotional needs.
iii. Endorse at least one (1) referral per month based on minimum qualifications (i.e. age, education, experience) but will not interview, exercise discretion, or conduct assessment for behavioral or language skills for open probationary positions ONLY
iv. Send emails to Talent Acquisition to for necessary updates and follow ups
v. Upload referral and its details via the referral portal only
vi. Refer individuals to apply without any fees to any site in the Philippines
vii. Discretion to join or interfere in a referral’s recruitment itinerary is denied
