Tax Support Specialist / Admin (Night Shift)

Work Schedule: 12MN - 8AM, Philippine Time (9AM-5PM Pacific Time)
Work Setup: WFH or WFO
Job Description:
Busy accounting and tax office seeking new talent to join our growing team. This position is the first step in our accountant and tax preparer career offerings. The Tax Support Specialist works directly with the Tax Team to handle every step in the tax preparation process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry of tax returns
- Support the Tax and Advisory Teams as needed
- Scan/upload source documents to client portals
- Communicate with clients via phone or email when necessary
- Further develop tax expertise
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
- 1-3 years of previous office experience
- Desire to learn the tax and accounting industry
- Professional appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and ability to problem solve
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a tax or accounting office is a strong plus
- Quick Books Online or Desktop a strong plus
- Team player and ability to multi-task
- Must complete background check
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
