- Remotely Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and resolve network issues at Customer facilities.
- Remotely Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and resolve Linux system issues affecting our software.
- Remotely Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and resolve camera hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system fleet status, and perform tasks to resolve issues as they arise.
- Quality Assurance: Coordinate with local building maintenance to adjust & clean cameras after the site is live; check hardware health & room occupation status.
- Maintain ticket SLA in Support Ticketing system Contact Customer Facility when troubleshooting connectivity issues to get additional.
- information and notify them of system issues.
- At least 1 year of technical experience supporting telco, wireless internet connection concerns, computer hardware troubleshooting, and other related accounts.
- Very good communication skills
- Can understand computer troubleshooting.
- With proven experience handling tickets
- Can work either in Centris or Shaw Mandaluyong City
- Can start ASAP
