Technical Systems Analyst (Onsite, Kawit Cavite)

Overview:
We are seeking a Technical System Analyst to join our IT team, reporting to the IT Manager. The role involves providing support for IT systems, managing integrations between platforms, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of IT administration experience and exposure to a variety platforms. Web development skills are preferable, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
● System Integration and Support:
○ Assist in integrating internal systems with external platforms, ensuring smooth
data flow using APIs or similar solutions.
○ Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues, ensuring data accuracy
and reliability.
○ Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges related to
systems and integrations.
● IT Administration:
○ Manage user accounts, access control, and system configurations across
multiple platforms.
○ Monitor system performance, applying updates, patches, and ensuring overall security.
○ Support internal teams by providing IT guidance and resolving issues related to productivity tools and systems.
● Technical Support:
○ Provide first-line technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware,
software, and network issues.
○ Manage and resolve support tickets within established timeframes.
○ Document common issues and solutions to enhance future troubleshooting
efforts.
● Collaboration & Problem Solving:
○ Work closely with the IT Manager and cross-functional teams to identify and
implement IT solutions that enhance business operations.
○ Participate in technical projects and initiatives, offering support and expertise
to drive successful outcomes.
○ Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting
steps.
Platforms and Tools:
● Google Workspace: User management, configurations, and troubleshooting.
● Zoom Enterprise: Administration, user support, and integration management.
● Salesforce: Basic administration and integration support with other platforms.
● Form Assembly: Integration troubleshooting and coordination.
● Cirrus Insight: Calendar syncing and email integration management.
● Acuity Scheduling: System administration and support across regions.
● Web Applications: (preferable): Basic understanding of content management
systems, HTML, CSS, Java Script, SQL Databases, React. Some developer
experience would set you apart!
● Integromat/Make: Workflow automation and integration across various platforms.
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.
● Experience with platform integrations, user management, and troubleshooting
technical issues.
● Familiarity with the above-mentioned platforms is desirable.
● Web development skills (e.g., HTML, CSS, Java Script, React, Headless CMS) are preferable but not essential.
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
● Basic understanding of IT security and data management practices.
