QUALIFICATIONS
› Graduate of any HOSPITALITY AFFILIATED COURSE or its equivalent
› GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS and impeccable cognitive abilities
› TECH SAVVY, knowledge in the use of a COMPUTER and applications such as MICROSOFT OFFICE, GOOGLE WORKSPACE (OFFICE)
› Physically FIT, WORKS WELL UNDER PRESSURE, Great Personality, Outstanding Communication Skills
› ASIDE from TAGALOG and or ENGLISH, can CONVERSE, READ and WRITE FOOKIEN and MANDARIN.
RESPONSIBILITIES
› achieving tours and events outcome targets as contracted per group.
› Overseeing, managing individual and daily group tours, setting performance objectives assigned to you by ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
› TRANSLATE CONTRACTS
› COORDINATE efforts with local guides, handlers and Taiwan Office counterparts and ready to deal with escalated internal and external customer issues, incident reports, and actions.
