Bigstart Education and Visa is seeking a motivated and experienced Travel and Tours Agent to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a part-time position, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients, assisting with travel planning, booking, and coordination
- Researching and recommending the best travel options, destinations, and packages to meet client needs
- Maintaining detailed records of client information, bookings, and travel arrangements
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, destination information, and travel supplier offerings
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
- Preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and exceed client expectations
- Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative and cost-effective travel solutions
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and computer software, such as Microsoft Office
- A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of popular destinations, travel trends, and industry regulations
