About the role
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Bigstart Education and Visa in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling appointments, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining database records
• Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content
• Coordinating and participating in marketing events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Maintaining and updating the company's website and social media platforms
• Providing support in the preparation of sales and marketing reports

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Canva and marketing automation tools
• Demonstrated interest and experience in the marketing and sales industry, preferably in the education tourism services sectors
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field would be an advantage
