A Glimpse into Your New Role

The Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within an organization. This role involves assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating engaging learning experiences. The Trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively conveying information and engaging participants. Additionally, the Trainer will collaborate with various departments to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Develop and deliver training programs tailored to employee needs.

Assess training effectiveness and modify programs as necessary.
Create instructional materials and resources for training sessions.
Collaborate with departments to ensure training aligns with company objectives.

What You’ll Bring

At least 2 years’ experience in the BPO industry as a Trainer
Technical knowledge in Module Creation
Must have collaborated in the creation of a curriculum
Must have spear-headed training needs analysis for a new and existing campaign
Strong focus on documentation
Numerical comprehension and analyzing data
Understanding of contact center industry KPIs
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications(Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point)
Above average communications skills - verbal and written
Coaching capability • Statistical knowledge / interpretation of data
Technical Orientation - Class Preparation, Evaluation and Assessment
