Job Summary:
Reporting to the Organization Development Group Head, the Organization Development Officer oversees the implementation of the training cycle for the entire organization in partnership with the Group Heads and in support of strategic business direction.
What you'll do:
- Supervises the implementation of the training cycle (i.e. Assessment of Needs, Design and Development of Interventions, Implementation of Intervention and Evaluation) in close partnership with Group Heads/ Department Heads and in support of strategic business direction
- Guides Group Heads/ Department Heads on identifying, analyzing, and reporting training needs through the use of existing and/or design of new assessment tools (as needed).
- Recommends, advises on, and/or develops necessary interventions (whether external or internal) as deemed applicable in partnership with functional managers.
- Oversees the organization and implementation of agreed-upon Training and Development (T&D) interventions.
- Oversees the conduct, monitoring, and evaluation of T&D activities and interventions, including Team Building.
- Endorses, advises on, and/or formulates: (a) training & development, (b) performance management, and (c) competency-related policies, systems, frameworks, and/or models in partnership with the Business Unit (BU) Head and/or Group Head/s as applicable
- Oversees Group Heads/ Department Heads in their creation and implementation of the Succession Plan in support of strategic business direction
- Closely partners with the Group Heads/ Department Heads and the Organization Development Group on Organizational Development interventions in support of strategic business direction.
- Facilitates the creation of annual training budgets by the different groups based on their identified needs and/or strategic business priorities.
- Builds partnerships with internal stakeholders (SMEs) and external vendors for learning.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
Education
- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, Social Sciences, or related areas
- With at least 3-5 years related working experience in training design, facilitation implementation, and coordination, also, preferably with experience in OD systems, such as performance management systems, competency-based systems, and succession planning
- With a strong background in business partnering
Technical Skills
- Needs analysis

- Training evaluation and monitoring
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Must know how to operate MS Applications (Power Point, Excel, Word) and multiple online communication platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Development Planning
- Working knowledge of policy creation
- Working knowledge of Performance Management System (PMS)
- Working knowledge of the Succession Planning process
- With strong partnership, influencing, communication, and coordination skills with both external and internal stakeholders laterally and vertically
- Ability to think strategically and conceptually through big-picture views and see the implication of other systems/processes
- Has analytical, critical, and creative thinking skills to analyze large amounts of information, and complex issues and find alternative solutions or approaches to problems
- Has strong sense of urgency and quality orientation
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to manage, coach, collaborate, and influence different levels of stakeholders
- Result-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
- Possess strong emotional maturity, proactive, and team player
Office-based with occasional field work to the affiliated project sites and/or to meet with training vendors, institutions, and partners. If meetings/sessions can be done online, then much preferable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
