Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversees Training Process Delivery;
2. Manages training manpower and financial planning and forecasting;
3. Hires and manages trainers or instructors and marketing personnel, e.g., marketing manager, content/Seo writer, graphics designer, etc.
3. Scans, reports and creates recommendations on new market trends and technologies on Training;
4. Develops and also reviews and approves training courses development;
5. Builds on the company's core strength and identifies new business opportunities for Training;
6. Prospects potential course takers, right first them to our course offerings and ensure seamless pre-, in-, and post-training experience with them;
7. Coordinates with the Indirect Sales Manager and the IT Operations Manager to provide potential course takers with courses within the company's extended network of learning partners;
8. Nourishes Insoft's relationship with learning partners and customers;
9. Sends daily, weekly and monthly reports to the CEO as required by the latter;
10. Participates in operational excellence and organization development activities or initiatives; and
11. Performs ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO or anyone deputized by the CEO.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in managing Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, Client Relations and Partner Relations, preferably in an IT or technology training company.
2. Expertise in stakeholder management;
3. Exposure to financial statements, including, but not limited to, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement; and
4. Excellent good reporting skills.

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
