Hybrid
The role of Training Supervisor is to be a point person for the BEST onboarding training and Follow Up Follow Through Training Section for New Advisors.
Responsibilities:
Act as Point Person for the BEST onboarding training program
- Manage, enhance, and develop onboarding modules as needed.
- Conduct BEST onboarding training with the current training team complement. Execute the required administrative tasks of the onboarding program.
Act as Point Person for the Follow Up Follow Through Training Section
- Manage, enhance, and develop the follow up follow through training Curriculum for new FSAs.
- Conduct the Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions for new FSAs. Execute the required administrative tasks of the Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder
- Has at least 3 years experience in handling module development for an insurance company
- Has at least 3 years experience in handling module delivery for an insurance company
- Has an understanding of the Philippine insurance industry
- Must be data driven and have experience in crafting roll out strategies as well as ways to encourage platform usage.
- Must be resilient in the face of challenges.
- Must be able to establish rapport with stakeholders. Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
