Training Supervisor - BGC | HQ

- Develop and deliver product training using face-to-face, digital, and blended learning techniques.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to create and update training programs, materials, and assessment tools.
- Prepare and customize scripts for field staff during product launches, sales promotions, and corporate events.
- Track training progress and compile post-training evaluation reports.
- Conduct nationwide audits to ensure employee knowledge and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in creating audit requirements, including memos, forms, schedules, and progress reports.
- 4-5 years of experience in training, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point and Excel. Basic knowledge of video/photo editing is an advantage.
- Above-average communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated with a pleasing personality and a strong sense of initiative.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
