About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at RAM Australia Services No.2 Pty Ltd PHILIPPINE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (RAM) as a Treasury Officer. This position will be responsible for completing Treasury tasks accurately and on a timely basis. The role will work closely with the Senior Treasury Officer.


Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

• Collating and preparing stakeholder reporting accurately and on a timely basis
• Monitoring, saving and filing emails correctly in the group inbox
• Running reports for the team as required
• Uploading Data files for RBA reporting
• Preparing investor reporting for review and uploading the files on our investor portal
• Performing loan swaps and preparing relevant paperwork
• Preparing payment directions for review and sending to the Trustee for payment.
• Assist with documenting process changes
• Work cohesively with the Treasury team and colleagues within the Group
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in working in a Treasury Team is a must, preferably with Australia-based BPO or Shared Services set up.
• College degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
• Preferably with Non-bank / Securitisation
• Solid knowledge in accounting principles
• Willing to work dayshift and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Great communication skills
