Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• With experience as Treasury Staff is an advantage
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office or related software as well as other accounting software programs (NAV)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• With good mathematical skills, written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to details

Job Description

• Monitor Due dates of posted PI
• Prepare Payment Journal
• Update of Manual Check Payment Monitoring
• Update of Online Payment Monitoring
• Uploading checks for approval in BDO online
• Check Printing and secure approval before releasing
• Sending Payment Advice to all vendors
• Collecting OR/Invoices/AR/CR (proof of payment)
• Manual writing of posted Payment Journal
• Scanning and attaching the proof of payment, signed PJ and check voucher in NAV
• Filing of documents
