About the role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Client Services Consultant to join our team at RAM Australia Services No.2 Pty Ltd PHILIPPINE REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE (RAM) in Ortigas Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Client Services Consultant, you will be part of the team providing support for the Manila office. You will provide above and beyond service to customers and ensure each interaction results in a great customer experience.


What you'll be doing

• Provide an excellent level of customer service through answering all customers' inquiries
• Make outbound calls in relation to settlements such as detail confirmation or in response to pending customer requests
• Process customer forms and documentation and update in external business partner systems or send to third parties for actioning, as appropriate
• Processes back-office tasks such as processing funds transfers; providing updates on balance and loan enquiries; processing customer’s requests
• Communicate and create history notes accurately to reflect updates on the loan
• Proactively resolve difficult issues, service requests and customer queries
• Meet daily service agreement goals in production and turnaround times
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents

What we're looking for

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business-related course
• Minimum of 2 years of experience dealing directly with customers on the phone
• Experience with an Australian Mortgage account is highly preferred
• Highly organized with an emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
